Jay Brown is a Student member of the Court of ÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø and is the Students’ Union President - Academic Life.

Jay is a recent graduate of ÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø, having achieved a first-class degree in BA(Hons) Drama. He was attracted to studying at ÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø due to its community-focused outlook and open value of students as partners

He brings to the Court his experience of being a former ÂÒÂ×ÉçÇø student and being involved with the different representative systems throughout the university, including the class reps, society committees and the part-time SU officer team.

Jay was appointed to Court on 10 June 2023.
